Iyad Harasheh is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Alpha International, with more than 25 years of experience leading research, monitoring, evaluation, and Third-Party Monitoring assignments across Palestine.
He provides technical leadership across the full project cycle, from research design and methodology to field operations oversight, quality assurance, analysis, and reporting. His work supports evidence-based decision-making for public institutions, development partners, and private sector clients, with a strong focus on credibility, compliance, and data integrity in complex operational environments.
Mr. Jamal Hasan
Account Manager & Data Analyst
Jamal Hassan, started with Alpha International in 2001 as Senior Statistician. He was then promoted several times and currently serves as Alpha’s Account Manager. In that capacity, he is responsible for the full range of account management, from proposal writing to survey preparation and execution to reporting. He oversees data collection, data coding, data editing and data entry teams and supervises the training and orientation of field team members, as well as the data management operations in the main office.
MR. Rawad Jaber
Financial & Administrative Manager
Rawad Al-Jaber holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Birzeit University, Palestine, and has over 14 years of cumulative experience, in Alpha, in accounting, financial & administrative management carried out for the private, governmental, and NGO sectors. Rawad is experienced in budgeting, taxation issues (including payroll, VAT & income tax), human resources management (with practical knowledge of various HR systems), procurement and contracting procedures. Also, he has very good knowledge of the organization's’ internal control structure and policies. At Alpha Rawad is a key asset as his knowledge not only systemizes Alpha, but his experience provides important insights into the projects financially and administratively.
Mrs. Hiba Badran
Program Manager
Mrs. Hiba Badran has been working in Alpha for 13 years, and is responsible for designing data entry programs for various projects, supervising data entry processes and training and orientation of field team members, as well as the data management operations in the main office. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
Ms. Serine Mhana
Gaza Research Manager and Administrative Assistant
Serine Mhana has been Alpha’s Gaza Research and Administrative Assistant for 4 years now. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Al-Azhar University in Gaza. Her main tasks in Alpha’s Gaza field office include performing administrative and office support activities, fielding telephone calls, managing calendars, meeting and event arrangements and preparing reports and proposals.
Ms. Fidaa hamayel
Mystery Shopping Officer
Fida Hamayel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Birzeit University. She has been working at Alpha as Research Assistant for over 6 years now. She is responsible for all mystery shopping accounts, visits and data verification, as well as client communication and reporting.
