Executive Manager

Mr. Harasheh, started with Alpha International in 2001 as Senior Statistician. He was then promoted several times and currently serves as Alpha’s Executive Manager. In that capacity, Iyad’s main responsibility is to oversee all of the ongoing projects, covering proposal administration, checking technical requirements, overseeing managers of data collection teams, as well as conducting statistical analysis, and reporting. He also oversees data collection, and data cleaning teams and supervises the training and orientation of field team members, as well as the data management operations in the main office.

With almost 20 years of experience with international and private sector officials, Mr. Harasheh has excellent skills in conducting and designing surveys, developing projects, proposals and reports writing, strategic planning, market survey research, supervising project teams, designing implementation research projects, monitoring, and evaluation; all at the local and international levels. He has special expertise in the areas of marketing, customer satisfaction, feasibility studies, social-political systems, and mystery shopping. Some of the clients which he personally worked with include Jawwal, Paltel, BMW Palestine, Bank of Palestine, Al-Quds Bank, Cairo Amman Bank, Arab Bank, National Insurance Company, UNPAL, APIC, Palestinian Investment Fund, Ipsos, IMF, World Bank, Save the Children, World Food Program, WHO, UNFPA, UNDP, UNICEF, UNESCO, Oxfam, Office of the Quartet Representative (OQR), Italian trade Agency, Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), Tetra Tech DPK, Municipality Development and Lending Fund, FHI 360, GIZ, and many other national and international organizations in all sectors.

Mr. Harasheh earned his master’s in Executive Business Administration (EMBA) from the University of Pennsylvania, USA (2018), he also earned his first master degree in Applied Statistics from Birzeit University, Palestine (2006) and a bachelor's degree in Mathematics Applied to Economics from Birzeit University, Palestine (2001).

Account Manager & Data Analyst

 Jamal Hassan, started with Alpha International in 2001 as Senior Statistician. He was then promoted several times and currently serves as Alpha’s Account Manager. In that capacity, he is responsible for the full range of account management, from proposal writing to survey preparation and execution to reporting. He oversees data collection, data coding, data editing and data entry teams and supervises the training and orientation of field team members, as well as the data management operations in the main office.

Financial & Administrative Manager

Rawad Al-Jaber holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Birzeit University, Palestine, and has over 14 years of cumulative experience, in Alpha, in accounting, financial & administrative management carried out for the private, governmental, and NGO sectors. Rawad is experienced in budgeting, taxation issues (including payroll, VAT & income tax), human resources management (with practical knowledge of various HR systems), procurement and contracting procedures. Also, he has very good knowledge of the organization's’ internal control structure and policies. At Alpha Rawad is a key asset as his knowledge not only systemizes Alpha, but his experience provides important insights into the projects financially and administratively.

Program Manager

Mrs. Hiba Badran has been working in Alpha for 13 years, and is responsible for designing data entry programs for various projects, supervising data entry processes and training and orientation of field team members, as well as the data management operations in the main office. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.

Gaza Research Manager and Administrative Assistant

Serine Mhana has been Alpha’s Gaza Research and Administrative Assistant for 4 years now. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Al-Azhar University in Gaza. Her main tasks in Alpha’s Gaza field office include performing administrative and office support activities, fielding telephone calls, managing calendars, meeting and event arrangements and preparing reports and proposals.

Mystery Shopping Officer

Fida Hamayel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Birzeit University. She has been working at Alpha as Research Assistant for over 6 years now. She is responsible for all mystery shopping accounts, visits and data verification, as well as client communication and reporting.

Marah Masri holds a Diploma Degree in Accounting from An-Najah University. She has been working at Alpha as a Research Assistant for more than 3 years now. Marah is one of support employees, where her taks range from mystery shopping projects, to HR assistance.
