Alpha International designed and delivered a large-scale baseline household survey for the USAID-funded Non-Revenue Water Management Project, implemented by Tetra Tech, generating evidence on household experience of water services across three major communities in the southern West Bank.
The assignment was designed to establish credible baseline evidence on water service delivery, reliability and household experience in Hebron, Dura and Halhul.
The research supported understanding of customer perceptions, service quality and operational challenges relevant to non-revenue water management and future programme decision-making.
