Alpha International designed and implemented a large-scale panel study for the USAID-funded Basic Education Activity, implemented by Creative Associates International, generating evidence on social and emotional learning among children participating in programme interventions.

The Assignment

Longitudinal evidence on children's social and emotional learning.

The study followed participating children over time to examine changes in social and emotional learning competencies during programme interventions.

Alpha's role covered the research process from study design and assessment implementation through fieldwork, data analysis and final reporting.
